Woman of the week: Leanna Biagioni

Wanting to get her hands on the great quality beauty products she loves was what spurred Essex-based Leanna to join Avon. Just over year later and she’s grown her business to become one of the top sales leaders in the UK.

“I was actively looking for the right opportunity for me. Both my children have special needs and so I needed something to work around my responsibilities as a mum. I’d been struggling for a local Avon Rep and I loved the products so thought I would just do it to earn the freebies to start with,” explains Leanna.

Once she joined and showed her friends the brochures, she realised the scale of the business opportunity on offer. “The demand in my area for Avon was huge. I was sold right away. With the coaching and support from my great upline Sales Leaders I became a Sales Leader myself within two campaigns.”

Leanna climbed through the ranks of Sales Leadership fast by harnessing the opportunity and making it work for her. “I now sell exclusively online,” says Leanna. As well as selling products herself she manages her own team of Representatives and is proud to help them build their skills and grow their businesses just like her upline Sales Leaders did for her.

“You could say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made,” she exclaims. “I can now not only afford music tuition, sports lessons, birthday parties and Christmas presents for my children – which makes a huge difference to our lives – but we don’t have to worry about finding money for unexpected things like a problem with the car. This means we can spend more quality time enjoying being a family. That benefits all of us.”

Leanna’s not stopping here – she’s an ambitious, driven business woman whose next goal is for her husband to be able to give up his dangerous and stressful job and join her in running the Avon business.
