Giulia Jendoubi runs her Avon beauty business in Italy while she completes her studies.

“My name is Giulia and I’m a student. I’m just 17 years old but I know exactly what I want.

My life literally changed after becoming an Avon Representative just for fun.

As a Sales Leader, I manage a team of more than 160 people. I’ve achieved incredible results and my motivation comes from my grandparents. Despite living with them, I have never wanted to be a burden. That's why I chose Avon to gain my financial freedom.

I still remember my first recognition at a recent Avon conference, where I was named the Best Italian Sales Leader; I was literally screaming!
