Avon Brazil has been named the winner of Brandblazers, an award that recognises the most innovative, consumer-first digital advertising campaigns that are leading the way in changing digital communication around the world.
As part of the awards, media company Oath reviews campaigns from all of the companies it collaborates with, and highlights the initiatives that demonstrate a visionary approach.
Avon Brazil’s award-winning campaign was ‘Beleza Sem Filtro’ (Unfiltered Beauty), which aimed to change how the world talks about and sees beauty.
It showcased over 50 pieces of content to educate, engage and encourage discussion around beauty, diversity and empowerment, through custom channels on HuffPost and MSN. Content includes a 100% female-produced web series ‘Eu sou Bonita?’ (Am I pretty?) which launches this month (July 2018).
The channel enabled Avon Brazil to connect its army of beauty entrepreneurs, the Avon Representative, and consumers to some of the issues that matter most to women through powerful insights.
