Avon appoints new General Manager in Poland

Today Avon has announced that Ania Jakubowski has been appointed General Manager Poland, effective 23 April. Ania will report to Angela Cretu, Global Vice President, Central Europe (CE) and joins the CE Leadership Team.

Ania is a seasoned executive who brings over 20 years of experience from global businesses in established and emerging markets across Europe, North America and Africa. She has a strong track record in business development across a wide range of strategic, commercial, operational and developmental roles.

Ania joins Avon from Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits, where she held the role of General Manager for Poland and the Baltic states. She is also a member of the Supervisory Board for Bank Millennium SA, Poland and Vice President / Management Board Member for the International Advertising Association (IAA) in Poland.

With this appointment, Anneli Loorits, Country Manager Nordics, previously reporting to General Manager Poland, will now report directly to Angela.
