200 top UK Sales Leaders gathered in Northampton for an exclusive event showcasing Avon’s latest product innovation, sharing practical tools and tips to help grow their businesses, plus the launch of a brand new Sales Leader Academy.
The eight-week training programme will help Sales Leaders to build the skills and confidence needed to grow their business, and their team of Representatives.
Combining face-to-face and online training modules, the Academy will focus on both practical and digital skills.
They will take part in a two-day boot camp, delivered in partnership with some of the top Sales Leaders in the UK. The boot camp will focus on building, leading and managing a team, as well as a half-day social media training session from a Facebook accredited trainer to help them bolster their business through their online networks.
At the end of the eight weeks, attendees will also have the skills needed to share everything they have learnt with their own teams - igniting both their earnings and their teams' earnings.
The announcement was welcomed by attendees, with Michelle Eeles commenting: "I'm really looking forward to this. Avon have turned a corner and I'm coming along for the journey to a fresh beginning."
