Invest in people

Positively impact women’s health, wellbeing and livelihoods​

  • Continue reaching 1 million people annually with awareness campaigns​
  • Maintain donations to women's causes​

Embed diversity, equity and inclusion​

  • Maintain living wage 1 adult (or above) for all associates​
  • Maintain 50% of women at senior leadership positions​
  • Maintain equitable pay, no unexplained gender pay gap ​
  • Drive inclusion and belonging through Inclusive Engagement and Associate Resource Groups​

Defend human rights​

  • Advance process to identify, prevent and mitigate human rights risks across our supply chain and operations by 2027

Protect our planet

Reduce carbon emissions

  • Deliver Science Based Targets (SBT) 42% reduction by 2030
  • Become Net Zero in line with Science Based Targets Initiative criteria (2050)​

Improve sustainability of our operations​

  • Maintain zero operational waste to landfill​

Protect biodiversity and nature​

  • Assess global biodiversity impacts and dependencies by 2025

Making our products more sustainable

Embrace circularity in all our products ​

  • Achieve 50% recycled content for all plastic used and 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging material by 2030​
  • Achieve 95%+ biodegradable formulas by 2030​

Review critical supply chains ​

  • Achieve full traceability and/or certification for paper and palm oil supply chains by the end of 2025​

Champion cruelty-free products​

  • Maintain CFI Leaping Bunny accreditation

We believe in beauty democracy. While the majority of our Representatives and customers are women, we’re open to all – regardless of gender, sexuality, race, age, or ability. We welcome and encourage inclusion and diversity. We’re proud to support the UN LGBTI Standards of Conduct for Business, and celebrate and support all of our LGBTIQA+ communities around the world.

We believe in the power of the community. That’s why we ask every one of our teams and ambassadors to join our movement of positive and open communication. It’s important that people can trust us to bring the boom to their blusher. To call it right on causes, from gender equality and women’s health to well-being. And to do what we’ve promised.

That means we say things straight, and we stick by what we say. And we use our platforms and channels to speak up and say what we stand for. That’s why we’ve put together these guidelines, to clearly state our principles and values when it comes to communications and marketing.
