Through a network of millions of beauty entrepreneurs across the world, our customers have access to the latest product innovations and their own personal beauty advisor – our independent Sales Representatives.

At Avon we stand for the freedom to earn and learn on your own terms and in your own way. Our Avon Representative is her own boss, with flexibility over her schedule and business goals.

Though some of our Representatives are full-time beauty entrepreneurs, others are part time beauty advisors, selling Avon alongside a full-time job. And some are simply beauty fans who want direct access to all of the latest beauty trends.

There are several ways to earn money as an Avon Representative. 

  1. Beauty advisors who sell our products directly to friends, family and neighbours, and online using their social networks and our digital tools. Many beauty advisors sell Avon alongside a full-time job.
  2. Full-time beauty entrepreneurs whose sole income is from their Avon business. Not only do they work as a Beauty Advisors themselves, many recruit, train and support a team of Representatives too.
