Avon has been there for me literally from the beginning. I was in and out of jobs, and I was actually homeless to begin with. And I weren’t allowed to actually work in an office because of my PTSD and things. Having a company believe in me, no matter who I am and no matter what I do, it doesn’t matter if I do £30 worth of sales or £3000 worth of sales, Avon would celebrate me.

I like doing things my way and the flexible working hours mean that I can wake up in the morning, if I want to check my phone and put a story up I can, but alternatively if I need to jump on a meeting with a client, I can just jump on a meeting with a client. I can run and pick my daughter up from school. I couldn’t do that with any other part time job. It’s just afforded me a lifestyle that I wouldn’t have been able to get otherwise

My goal was to go scuba diving with sharks, and I said I want to go to the largest tank in the world and I saved up my money from Avon and when I bought that ticket, all I thought is, I bought this with lipstick. I was able to go diving with the sharks, purely because I’m an Avon Rep.

I now work for one of the top global network marketing coaches, without Avon I wouldn’t have the job with the coach, I wouldn’t have the customers
I’ve got, the friends I’ve got, I just wouldn’t, wouldn’t be here.

It’s about confidence being yourself and showing others that you can do it your way.
