Avon has been awarded the Service Quality Star in recognition of receiving the highest consumer ratings in one of the principal public opinion polls on the quality of customer service in Poland. The survey as part of the Service Quality Program, gathers the opinions of 130,000 consumers who evaluate more than 46,000 companies spanning 200 industries.
The multi-stage verification process is notoriously tough and involves thousands of points of sale and service being rated by consumers. The Stars are then awarded to companies achieving the highest ratings and going above and beyond average results in their industry. This is the fifth time Avon has been awarded the Service Quality Star.
The awards were presented during a ceremony in Warsaw and Avon’s was collected by Marzena Biernat, Senior Customer Service Manager, Poland. She said, “We are very proud to receive this award because the Service Quality Program is one of the most important public opinion polls on the quality of customer service in Poland. This is an award for every employee in the office and every Representative. We are proud because the results of consumer surveys show that if Polish people have two similar offers to choose from, 80% of them will go with the one that has the Service Quality Star.”
One of the customers surveyed said Avon’s shopping options means it’s a convenient and enjoyable way to buy cosmetics. "It is great! I often order beauty products online or through a Representative - everything depends on how much time I have and what I need,” she explains. “These are high quality products at a very attractive price! Plus service at a very high level, offering you advice on what cosmetics to choose in a non-annoying way. I strongly recommend it!"
Another customer credited the knowledge of Avon’s Representatives. “Representatives have a great knowledge about trends, they can give you advice because they test products on themselves."
