Angela Cretu appointed to INNOCOS Advisory Board
Angela Cretu, General Manager of Avon Central Europe is welcomed to the INNOCOS Advisory Board – an experienced panel of experts dedicated to developing knowledge and careers in the beauty industry.
INNOCOS has one clear goal: to deliver the best quality network for senior executives in the beauty industry. Alongside the rest of its new influential advisory board, Angela will provide knowledge and advice that will help shape the global networking organisation’s strategic agenda.
As a long-standing global beauty brand Avon has partnered with INNOCOS for many years. Last year, Lisa Gallo, Vice President R&D, launched the company’s inaugural beauty whitepaper – Beauty, the future and the power of emotions – at the 2018 INNOCOS summit. In 2016 Angela was awarded INNOCOS’ Innovation Leader of the Year Award for her commitment and success in transforming Avon Turkey, Africa and Middle East to compete in a digitally-savvy economy.
Angela said: “I’m very proud to be a part of the INNOCOS Advisory Board. It’s a prestigious global beauty network that allows brands to share ideas, insight, advice and collaborate to benefit the whole industry. Offering top quality beauty products and empowering women is in Avon’s DNA, we’ve been doing it for 130 years, so I’m proud we can share some of our experience and learn from the wealth of other beauty brands who are part of the INNOCOS network.”
This announcement comes in the run up to the 2019 INNOCOS Summit in Dubrovnik where Avon’s Head of Digital for Central Europe, Katarzyna Brodzka-Demianiuk, will be sharing her knowledge, passion and experience in embracing and enabling new technology in the beauty industry. She’ll share how Avon is driving its digital transformation to Open Up its brand and harness the power its millions-strong global network of beauty entrepreneurs.
