Avon builds on its Global Sales Centre of Excellence with four new appointments
Avon’s Global Sales Centre of Excellence goes from strength to strength, with four new additions to the Global Sales Leadership team.
The Global Sales Centre of Excellence is a new sales organisation led by Richard Pinnock, Group Vice President Global Sales, which will support Avon’s 6 million beauty entrepreneurs to grow their businesses.
Debbie Lynch is Executive Director of the Avon Representative Academy. As an experienced Learning and Development leader, bringing experience from global leadership roles at Coty Inc. and Procter & Gamble, Debbie has successfully delivered against their equivalent training and learning strategy. Debbie will provide leadership across our Global business on Representative training, based at Avon’s Chiswick headquarters.
Kate Shelford is Executive Director, Field Sales Fundamentals. Kate is an experienced Learning and Development leader with experience in global leadership roles at L’Oréal and The Body Shop International. Kate will provide global leadership on the fundamentals of our Sales business, and will ensure Avon’s processes are optimised whilst developing new ways of working to stay ahead of the increasing digital nature of business.
Ilse Du Toit has been promoted to Executive Director, New Markets Entry. Ilse has extensive experience in business design and architecture within Avon, including operational transformation, process improvement, supply chain management and service excellence. She’ll be responsible for Avon’s new market entry strategy to deliver incremental growth opportunities.
Carolina Camacho has been appointed to Strategy Alignment Director, Global Sales. Carolina has 11 years of Avon experience, most recently leading the Marketing Beauty team in North Latin America. In her new role, Carolina will be responsible for strategy development, ensuring that the many initiatives are coordinated and manged effectively.
The Global Sales Centre of Excellence will focus on enhancing the Representative experience and service model evolution, field sales excellence, commercial optimisation and entry strategies for new territories.
