Avon Justine certified as a Top Employer for 2018 in South Africa

Avon Justine has been certified as a Top Employer for 2018 in South Africa.  In July, Top Employer reviewed and audited Avon Justine’s people management practices and found that the company meets the high standards required for certification.

The certification process reviewed a number of management practices including talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits and corporate culture.

The award was collected on the company’s behalf by Ilse Du Toit, Strategy and Business Development Director, Avon Justine and Lerato Ndoro, HR Director, Avon Justine at an awards ceremony in October.
