The Social Prospecting Tool is the easy way to find new recruits for their business, as there’s no coding required. When their page is published, Sales Leaders and Zone Managers can easily share the link across their social media accounts, and people can instantly apply to become part of her team.
The Social Prospecting Tool looks equally beautiful across desktop, tablet or mobile. The user can easily check analytics and follow up on leads, thanks to the easy-to-use sorting tools, which help her keep track of where her leads are in the recruitment process.
The new tool was trialled in the Slavics, and after generating positive feedback, expanded to additional markets in Central Europe, who are all now benefitting from the easier way to recruit new beauty entrepreneurs.
