Avon’s global digital platforms and experience team has recently launched a fully digitised, mobile-enabled, shoppable brochure. The new tool will allow Avon Representatives to connect quickly and effectively with their customers, sending the latest products and trends direct to their mobile.
The Instant Messaging Brochure is easy to navigate and allows customers to create a personalised shopping cart that can be sent to their Representatives, via WhatsApp and Facebook messenger, without draining mobile data.
In-built analytics enables local marketing teams to constantly review and improve the brochure in-line with the needs of our Representatives and customers.
The brochure has launched across six clusters in 12 countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Russia and Turkey, with three more clusters due to launch soon.
To date the brochure has had more than 500,000 visitors and feedback from Representatives since the launch has also been positive, with overall satisfaction rating highly.
