Avon UK launches ‘TitTok’ boob checking reminder dance
For Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October, Avon UK has launched a dance with a twist: the TitTok dance that reminds you to check your boobs.
Avon has teamed up with TV Presenter Alison Hammond as part of its #WatchForChange campaign. The TV personality‘s ‘TitTok’ dance emphasises the importance of self-checking, encouraging people to check their boobs and pecs regularly. Alison and Avon call on viewers to share the video with at least two friends to help raise lifesaving awareness.
So far, the video has had over 137k views and over 130 dances have been created by Reps, associates and customers. Join us by creating your own dance, using the hashtag #WatchForChange and tagging @avon_uk!
Avon UK is also on a mission to raise £100,000 for its charity partners CoppaFeel! and Look Good Feel Better by donating 100% of profits from its BCAM Collection – an exclusive range of fragrance and beauty items.
To further support the cancer community, Avon has collaborated with survivors to create a bespoke Love, Avon Cancer Care Pack. Featuring aCaring Scalp Balm, with plant-based glycerine to moisturise and replenish the skin to leave the scalp feeling healthier, the three-product-pack launched on 17th September for £25 with 100% of profits donated to Look Good Feel Better – the only cancer support charity helping to boost the physical and emotional wellbeing of people undergoing cancer treatment.
The TitTok breast check dance has also been picked up in other countries, with influencers in Croatia, South Africa and the Philippines creating their own videos.
