We empower every member of our team to work in a way that works for them and Avon, so that they can perform at their very best.
We’re passionate about relationships and value the energy we get from connecting, collaborating and co-creating in person, so we believe in hybrid working wherever possible, finding a balance between working at home or in the office, to be the most productive.
We watch outputs not clocks. We believe in a culture where, as long as everyone is delivering results and it works for them and their team, they can be flexible on the time and when and where they work.
-
Employees can start earlier or finish later, as long as this works both ways. If they're needed in a meeting in normal working hours, they need to be there.
-
Employees can work outside their home market for short periods of time in line with local laws, as long as they're not needed in person and they have access to a suitable working space with decent Wi-Fi.
We encourage our team to manage their time and not let it manage them by blocking out time to do focus work and invest in learning, and declining meetings where they’re not needed.
It’s a partnership built on trust. We know that each every member of the team has a unique personal and work situation, so we ask that they connect with their manager to agree how flexible working is going to work.
