New Chair and President elected to open up the next stage of development for the Avon Foundation for Women

Amy Green Chair of Avon Foundation for Women and Natalie Deacon President of Avon Foundation for Women

Today the Avon Foundation for Women announced that Amy Greene , recently appointed Vice President, Investor and Stakeholder Relations has been elected Chair of the Avon Foundation Board of Directors. Natalie Deacon, recently appointed Executive Director, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, has been elected President. Working with NGOs and Avon teams across the world, they’ll lead the Foundation to its next phase of development as we look to open up more opportunities to positively impact and improve women’s lives.

The Avon Foundation for Women works in partnership with affiliate Avon Foundations and Avon countries around the world to improve the lives of women and their families. Over the last six decades Avon and the Avon Foundation have contributed over $1 billion to the causes that matter most to women, with a focus on breast cancer and violence against women and girls . Moving forward the Foundation will build on this global effort, with an increased focus on creating opportunities for learning, development and entrepreneurial skills.

Amy joined Avon in August 2018 following a long-standing career with multiple global corporates including Herbalife. At Avon, Amy is responsible for the global communications team and investor relations. In her role as Chair of the Avon Foundation, Amy oversees Avon’s stand4her plan which aims to improve the lives of 100 million a year with a focus on gender-based violence, breast cancer and economic empowerment.

Natalie joined Avon in 2005 and has had roles of increasing responsibility during that time. She’s held various positions leading Corporate Communications, Commercial Business Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Relations at market, region and global level.
