Avon official sponsor of Colombia fashion week

Avon Colombia was the official make-up sponsor at Colombiamoda 2019 – one of Latin America’s biggest fashion week events – for the second year running. Not only did Avon serve as official make-up sponsor, the global brand showcased collaborations with renowned designers Andrés Pajón and Kenzo Takada and kicked-off its Embrace the Change campaign to help end violence against women and girls.

Avon kicked off the event by presenting the Mark collection of Epic Lipstick shades and on-trend pearl and metallic eyeshadow palettes. Models showcased the Avon products in their spectacular runway shows highlighting the latest fashion and make-up trends.

Then on the Ritual runway, more than 40 national and international journalists experienced a fashion moment bringing together Avon’s experience and knowledge and Andrés Pajón’s stamp of sophistication and elegance. The new on-trend exclusive collection with the renowned Latin American designer seeks to encourage respect for women by bringing to the forefront of trends, something that’s desperately needed since one in three women will be a victim of violence in their lifetime.

World-famous fashion legend and perfumer Kenzo Takada then took to the stage at the Plaza Mayor venue to present his latest exciting collaboration with Avon – a highly pigmented make-up palette, and two new fragrances bearing the ‘KT’ signature. As the latest collaboration in a long-standing and successful partnership , together the legendry designer and Avon wowed 70,000 fashion fans at the colourful three-day event, including entrepreneurs, industry experts and national and international media.

Participating in Colombiamoda and partnering with renowned designers like Kenzo Takada and Andrés Pajón are further examples of how Avon is opening up to exciting partnerships , alliances and celebrity equity to drive its brand rejuvenation and transformation by delivering exciting, on-trend and high-quality beauty to its customers.
