Avon is more than just a beauty brand: it is a movement connecting millions of women to each other and to a better life.  This report showcases Avon’s efforts to make a positive impact on women, communities and the world.  This includes partnerships and programmes to support women’s health and wellbeing, particularly on raising awareness and funding around breast cancer and violence against women and girls.

As part of Natura &Co, a group of purpose-led businesses, we don’t just want to be the best company in the world, we want to be the best company for the world.  Avon recognises the part we play in addressing rapid climate change and inequality of income and opportunity.  To help tackle the challenges facing our world, we have expanded our sustainability strategy and will continue to set ourselves ambitious targets as we to strive to make a positive difference to people and planet.
